1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing King of Vegas Picks, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view sports-betting information in your location. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to you.
3. Entertainment and informational purposes only
Our picks, analysis, leans, statistics, and other content are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not accept or place wagers and are not a sportsbook.
4. No guarantee of results
Sports betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no pick is guaranteed to win. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how much to wager. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
5. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized account use. Accounts and subscriber-only picks are for one person and may not be shared, copied, resold, published, or redistributed.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing periods, and included access are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for a period already purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
7. Alerts and communications
If you provide your email address or phone number, you may receive account messages, picks, promotions, and service alerts according to your choices. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
8. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to extract content, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
9. Intellectual property
The site, branding, selections, analysis, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to King of Vegas Picks and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
10. Availability and changes
Games, lines, odds, schedules, and picks can change or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, King of Vegas Picks and its operators will not be liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions, or reliance on any pick or analysis. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
